Sexual Health Education Workshop for Migrant Parents/Caregivers/Guardians

This workshop is for parents and guardians who want to feel more comfortable talking with their children about sexual health and understand what youth are learning in schools. We’ll cover consent, healthy relationships, gender and identity, sex and the law, and rights and protections. Sessions are interactive with plenty of time for questions, and anonymous questions are also welcome. Interpreter services are available upon request, and participants may complete a short feedback survey for a $20 honorarium. Our educator is a certified sexual health educator from Options for Sexual Health in BC, and these workshops are offered across Canada.
