Health Day by LMBC | Yoga, Meditation, Mental Health

LMBCS Health Day 2023 will be an event which is geared towards generic health of community. It will include yoga and meditation session, mental health discussion, lunch and fun games.

Program Schedule:

Registration Starts: 10 AM
Yoga Session Starts: 10:45 AM
Tea Session: 11:30 AM
Mental Health Session: 12 PM
Lunch: 1 PM
Games & Socialization: 2:30 PM
Prizes & Closure: 3:15 PM

Guidelines for the Event:

1. This event is open to all residents in the Lower Mainland and a free event to attend.
2. If you are a senior (55 years and above) regardless of your LMBCS membership status, food is complementary. For other members and non-members, there is a marginal charge for food, but one can attend the program free of cost even if they don’t want food.
3. Booking tickets thorough this website are mandatory for food. Senior members having difficulty to register tickets , may drop an email to [email protected].
