The Dance Centre’s popular and long-running Discover Dance! noon series begins a new season with a performance by the Vancouver-based Bharatanatyam artist Sujit Vaidya.
Known for working both within and beyond traditional Bharatanatyam, he will share a stimulating presentation of excerpts from dances passed down through the generations, as well as new creations, in a conversation between past and present. The show includes an artist talkback.
