This December 2024, the music fans around the world and especially the South Asians settled abroad are celebrating the Centenary of RAJ KAPOOR (Dec.14, 1924 – June 2, 1988), acknowledged as ‘The Greatest Showman of Indian Cinema’, & MOHAMMED RAFI (Dec.24, 1924 – July 31, 1980), voted as ‘The Greatest Voice in Hindi Cinema’ and honored as the ‘Best Singer of the Millennium’.
Most of us grew up with the memories of their films and music and it would be fitting to celebrate the legends with an evening dedicated to their film songs and hence, KVP Entertainers & KVP Heritage have organized ‘Celebrating 100’ on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at the Taj Park Convention Centre, Surrey where fans can sing their songs and share their memories.
Raj Kapoor and Mohammed Rafi’s contribution to the Indian Cinema is unparalleled and enjoyed by many generations over the years, so let’s get together and celebrate the towering figures of South Asia.
