A major business event could be coming to Metro Vancouver next year as the Canadian Hindu Chamber of Commerce (CHCC) BC Chapter prepares plans for an India–Canada Investment Summit, tentatively scheduled for June 11–12, 2027.
The proposed two-day summit is expected to bring together 300 to 500 business professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, industry leaders, and institutional representatives from Canada and India. Organizers are also planning to include a dedicated trade show, creating opportunities for businesses from both countries to connect and explore new partnerships.
The trade show will focus on mid-sized businesses, with Indian companies showcasing their products and services to Canadian buyers, while Canadian businesses will have the opportunity to engage directly with visiting Indian companies and explore collaboration opportunities.
According to the organizers, the summit aims to strengthen economic and business ties between India and Canada by fostering meaningful conversations, networking, and cross-border partnerships.

Key areas expected to be featured include:
- Startups & Innovation
- Technology Ecosystems
- Investment & Venture Capital
- Universities & Research
- Business Collaboration
- India–Canada Trade & Investment Partnerships
If confirmed, the India–Canada Investment Summit could become one of the region’s significant business networking and trade events, providing a valuable platform for entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors, and organizations looking to expand opportunities between the two countries.
ATI Vancouver will continue to follow this announcement and share additional updates as more details become available.
