This is the oldest Desi group in Vancouver. It has been helping Indians in Metro Vancouver to meet & connect since 2016. The idea of creating this group was mainly to provide a platform where Indian Expats & Diaspora can make new friends in their new city. This group is an extension of the Meetup Group For Indians in Vancouver. No business promotion is allowed in this group.

The founder of Vancouver Indian Forum created another group called “Indian Community in Vancouver” for community members to stay connected virtually and support each other. The group is mainly used for promoting community events which help the Vancouver Indian Diaspora to stay updated with all the major Indian events happening in Metro Vancouver. This group allows its members to occasionally promote their businesses.
