Every November, communities across Canada come together to celebrate Hindu Heritage Month – a time to honour the rich cultural, spiritual, and philosophical traditions that have inspired generations.
Declared by the Government of Canada, this month recognizes the contributions of Hindus to the country’s multicultural fabric, while fostering understanding and appreciation of Sanātana Dharma’s timeless wisdom – unity, compassion, and harmony.
Here in Metro Vancouver, various organizations and temples are marking the occasion with cultural performances, educational programs, devotional gatherings, and community events.
