Celebrate Diwali this year in Tri-Cities at two locations this year. A Free Community event on November 4th at City of Port Coquitlam and Diwali Gala Dinner by Eventival at Pitt Meadows on November 18, 2023.

Diwali Celebration at City of Port Coquitlam (November 4):

It is a whole day (10am-6pm) Free community event happening on November 4th.

Event Schedule:

10am to 10:45am: Kids Bollyjam Dance Workshop at BB Court
11:00am to 11:45am Bollyjam Dance Workshop for Grown-ups at BB Court. Workshops conducted by Preeti Singh of PT Dance Company. Free registration, sign-ups in progress
12pm to 4pm: Diwali focused Arts & Crafts for Seniors and Kids by Art by Minu Gupta & Team at Mabbett Hall. Free drop-in.
12pm to 4pm: Darshana Exhibit: a display of over 5000 years of Hindu culture in Wilson Seniors’ Lounge
12pm to 6pm: Diwali Market at Mabbett Hall
2:50pm to 6pm: Cultural Performances by professional dance troupes, acclaimed musicians and singers and community members of all ages, including a saree parade

Eventival is trying to raise awareness to unite and inspire everyone in Canada to take control of cancer by initiating a fundraiser for Canadian Cancer Society.
