Each monthly session deepens your stamina\, structure\, clarity\, and internal laya\, while encouraging collaboration and artistic dialogue and giving you self lead practice and research time between monthly sessions\, adding growth to intrinsic inquiry and reflection.\nTatkaar Lead – Puneet Singh makes these sessions truly inclusive with a transparent vision to build community. These sessions are open to all practitioners and educators.
